The bold aroma suggests sarsaparilla and allspice underlined by maple sugar. The sweet-spiced palate resounds with allspice, dusty cocoa and vanilla, finishing spiced, drying and relatively hot.
Minimun age 4 years. Mahogany color with copper highlights. Fresh fruits, candied citrus, spice and vanilla on the nose; flavors of prunes, plums, and orange.
