One of Champagne's young guns, Aurelien Gerbais, has been on our radar for a few years now, and we've enjoyed his entire range. A neighbor of Cedric.
This Champagne is rich, with yellow apples and citrus. It's crisp with acidity and just enough tartness to balance the slight chalky texture on the palate.
