From and named for the Solera system begun in 1927, this deep tawny-colored PX sherry is a true unexpected dessert delight.

Tasting Notes: Color: A naturally sweet wine, of dark dense mahogany colour. Nose: Deep rich nose with reminiscent of prunes and chocolate. Palate: sumptuous.

The NV Pedro Ximenez Solera 1927 is non-vintage, but does have some 1927 material in it. This is totally dark brown/amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel.

A naturally sweet wine, of dark dense mahogany color. Deep rich nose with reminiscent of prunes and chocolate. A umptuous wine of great intensity, rich concentrated.
