| Description: | Standing at the premium end of Avion's portfolio, Avion Reserva 44 represents the epitome of their bespoke tequila production process incorporating everything that they have learned in their quest to create the ultimate tequila. Crafted exclusively from Blue Weber Agave harvested from the Lopez's estate, the tequila starts its life with the agaves being slowly roasted in brick ovens before being crushed, fermented, and twice distilled with the resulting spirit spending 43 months aging in large oak barrels. After this, the tequila is then transferred to âpetiteâ oak barrels for another month of polishing, creating its distinctive flavor profile before finally being brought to proof and bottled. |
