| Description: | Laurent Ponsot left the family estate, Domaine Ponsot, back in 2017 and follow his passion of creating his own label. Laurent as well as his son, Clement, continue the legacy and tradition of crafting world renowned wines at the new estate. Laurent is an innovator and belives in minimum additions and protection of authenticity of each bottle. Since 2018, each bottle is equipped with a chip to allow the consumer to check the authenticity of each bottle (if you have seen Sour Grapes, you would know why). Each of his wines is inspired by a different flora after his respect for nature. The Vougeot bottle "Cuvee de Cedre" is named after, you guessed it, the cedar tree. |
