The fruit is fresh and bright with raspberry, red cherry, potpourri, blackberry on the mid with cassis. The fruit is in perfect balance with the earthy savory notes that are common in red Burgundy. 100% de_stemmed with 25% new oak. This can be enjoyed now, but it is very capable of aging for a decade plus. |
