This experience helped him navigate the extreme frost in 2017, combining the best fruit from his two single vineyards, meaning this is about mostly Savennières. Clean aromas of lanolin, lemon over lime, pear, tangerine, quince and the trademark wet wool. A massive wine that will evolve in the bottle and glass more like a red wine. |
