| Description: | A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented in vats for 10-14 days. They are then aged in stainless steel for a short period creating a wine full of dark berries, pure cocoa nibs, plums and baking spices, though no oak is used. Medium density with juicy tannins, this is a great low sulphur, clean Bordeaux made on the vine with limited cellar influence. |
