| Description: | 95 points James Halliday. Light straw-quartz hue. Not the easiest of vintages, but you'd never know it given the intensity, the resonance and length of this vibrant, juicy wine. The 30th vintage, and I buy the back label comment 'the wine is better now than at any time in our 30 years'. (8/2020) 93 points Bob Campbell. Pale colour, almost water-white, with a very lifted, fresh, powerful aroma of tropical fruits - very clean and vital. The wine is the same in the mouth: intense and fresh, zesty and alive, with lemon and lime citrus notes over passionfruit and other tropical touches. Intense and and refreshing to drink. A very smart Aussie sauvignon blanc (9/2019). |
