| Description: | Cep is a true second label from Peay Vineyards. Cep is made from organically-farmed grapes that are grown outside the Peay's property. The 2022 Hopkins Ros of Pinot noir is fermented in tank and the texture is crisp. Fresh, bright, and immediately gratifying, the light floral and fruit aromas draw immediate attention emphasizing watermelon and strawberry leaf along with a Belgian beer yeast aroma (a honeyed, yeasty aroma). A wine of great intensity, elegance, and character, this has a surprisingly long, salt/brine finish. |
