The last step is an advanced filtration process that strips color, but not flavor.\nAbout:Carrera Tequila has been dedicated to perfecting the art of tequila for over 15 years. We cook 6 - 8 year old mature agave in a brick oven for approximately 24 hours and allow 30 hours for it to rest.
