The vineyards are composed of granite soils and Andres partner in crime is professional photographer/proprietor Julio Donoso is putting and they are making some truly interesting cooler climate Pinot Noir out there and we strongly recommend you try it. This is the flagship bottling, from Julio's family vineyard, the wine is made in concrete eggs, no steel, no barrels, this wine wine has a good amount of fresh earth and some brown spices along with dried flowers, nice complexity here. A smooth and silky wine on the tongue with a good hand of exotic spices and that pronounced earthy character through the finish. Finish 45+ Excellent. |
