It ages for 12+ months in barriques of Nevers, Limousin and ex-Sherry small casks. Elegant and balanced, with an extraordinary scent of herbs. Look for layered scents and flavors including orange zest, bitter orange marmalade, thyme, menthol, licorice, and cocoa. It offers a pleasant mix of sweet and bitter on the palate. Best enjoyed on the rocks with a slice of orange or in cocktails such as a Black Manhattan or Paper Plane. |
