| Description: | Organically Farmed. Natural Loire producer Domaine de la Grange Tiphaine has ten hectares of vines across two terroirs: Montlouis-sur-Loire and Touraie Amboise. It was created at the end of the 19th century by Alfonse Delecheneau, and has stayed in family hands ever since now in its fourth generation. Grapes are hand-harvested. Gentle pressing. Natural fermentation. Aged for 3 months on the lees in concrete tanks. Bright, clean, and aromatic, with notes of apple, white flowers and a high energy finish. |
