A few cellars tricks, including: 100% de-stemming, 50/50 half-muid oak/stainless steel and cross filtration create a wine of power and grace. Bitter chocolate, green tobacco leaf, violets, ripe plums and roasted figs stand out amongst the traditional Rhône aromas. Enveloping on the palate with a surprising lightness and tannins that show up fashionably late. |
