| Description: | Winery Notes - Our 2022 Ros is a blend of 70% Mourvdre, supplemented with Grenache and Cinsault. We vinified it as simply as possible in order to preserve the expression of the terroir. We add the minimum amount of sulfur. When tasting, we found it round with a nice balance, it is carried on the finish by a nice salinity. Notes of citrus zest give it freshness. |
