| Description: | 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, from the Côte des Bars area of Champagne, made by a small producer who have been making their own wine since 1979. The wine spends 22 months on the lees before bottling and dosage is 9/L, giving the wine some richness. This is an approachable champagne that's a little more fruit forward with aromas of green apples, cinnamon, and toast, followed by crisp acidity on the palate and a drying finish. Very tasty. |
