| Description: | Laura Lorenzo spent 10 years as the winemaker and viticulturist at Dominio do Bibei, one of the most renowned wineries in all of Ribeira Sacra. A wine made from mostly Malvasia & Verdejo balanced with a little Puesta en Cruz (all co-planted with the red grapes). 10 days of skin contact and 11 months in 500L chestnut barrels give this wine its personality. Creamy texture from oak, fresh lemonade, verbena, wild flowers, Asian pear, and salty minerality. |
