The wine offers aromas and flavors of juicy blackcurrants, cassis, dark blackberry, and black cherry, with lifted notes of wild violet and savory chaparral herbs. Deep and generous with full-bodied elegance and structure, it is vibrant, viscous, and brooding, with mouth-enveloping texture and balance. Notes of graphite, espresso, dark chocolate, and black licorice come through on the lengthy finish with silky, mouthcoating tannins, and freshness.
