| Description: | Here there is enough reduction present to push the underlying fruit to the background so be sure to give this some air if your curiosity gets the better of you! By contrast, there is outstanding freshness and tension to the borderline aggressively mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that possess a more sophisticated, and certainly finer, texture while displaying very fine length on the moderately austere, compact and firm finale. This is a bit less harmonious than the Echézeaux but I suspect that it's just a phase that will progressively pass. |
