Fermented with nearly 100% whole-clusters from choice sub-sections of vineyard, this blend utilizes just a few rows or the top of a hill in one-or two-ton increments. Cuvée Keltie is a blend from Kobler, Steiner Ranch, Obsidian and Richards Family vineyards. An excellent charcuterie wine.
