Eventually he settled in the Black Forest of Germany, took over the WIld Monkey Inn, and learned the art of local distilling. And even producing his own signature gin - which became the trademark of his own inn. Its a story of travel, adventure, and exotic experiences. Which eventually inspired this gin from Germanys Black Forest. Tasting Notes,. Nose: woody, vegetable smells under pin fresh grassy citrus notes and botanical sweetness, like a pine forest after the rain. Palate: Predictably complex, this is a robust and powerful gin with plenty of spice, fruit and herb flavours. It's very well structured, and difficult to unpick but a citrus fresh start segues into pine and wood notes for a drying finish. |
