Terrasses du Larzac red 2018 is graceful, slender and racy at the same time, with notes of pine and spices. The palate is delicate and smooth, the tannins and the breeding integrated wonderfully.". Ageing in oak barrels of one wine, two or more wines for 24 months. Blending of the three grape varieties two months before bottling. Bottled in Lune Vieille, unfiltered wine. The 2018 is a sophisticated, densely structured iteration, with sweet cherry spice on the nose and savoury tannins on the palate culminating in a long, taut finish. It will only benefit from some time in the cellar. |
