Ligier Cremant Rose
| Description: | This crmant is a blend of Trousseau and Pinot Noir. It is vinified in the mthode Champenoise (with a secondary fermentation in bottle) and ages for 30 months on its lees. This long rest is necessary for the resulting fine mousse and aromatic qualities. The nose is reminiscent of berries (redcurrant, raspberry), the palate is ample and sufficiently lively and shows a good balance in a fruity aromatic palette. |
