Launched on Memorial Day weekend 2014 by Bronya Shillo, Fishers Island Lemonade is a pioneer in the ready-to-drink category as one of the first craft cocktails in a can. The recipe for the original Fishers Island Lemonade was inspired by the signature house cocktail, the 'fil,' served for decades at The Pequot Inn, which Bronya's family-owned and operated on Fishers Island, New York. It was there while working as a bartender Bronya had the visionary idea to package the Fishers Island Lemonade into a canned cocktail using the highest quality ingredients including premium vodka, barrel-aged whiskey, lemon and honey. Today our mission is to create the best-tasting canned cocktails in the United States. Fishers Island Lemonade has earned numerous accolades for its award-winning, delicious, full flavor taste, including Gold Medal at the San Francisco Spirits Awards, Double Gold and Platinum at the Sip Awards, and Gold Medals at the Denver International Spirits Competition and USA Spirit Ratings.
