It is absolutely crazy to think that this wine started ~14 years ago, developed and changed after 11 years in the bottle for us to enjoy today for $100. A brioche style with apricot, loquats, lemon shortbread and a touch of oxidative nuttiness. A 2g/L dosage is refined, refreshing and ridiculously delicious. It is a bold wine with filled with richness and texture. |
