It has a light, neutral bouquet with discreet gravelly and sea spray scents, less oxidative in style than other Palominos found in the Capelands. The clean, fresh, lightly spiced palate offers a fine bead of acidity and a tang of lemongrass and dessicated orange peel on the finish. Very fine." |
