| Description: | Fiano, Zibbibo, Moscato Giallo, Gewurtztraminer, Greco. This is a floral, spicy amber wine due to the extended skin contact of the white/blush colored grapes used. There's the signature Gewurtztraminer lychee/rose contribution, and the floral nutmeg spice of the Muscats. The Fiano and Greco add a fresh counterbalance. This is one of the "new wave" Australian wineries, making youthful, fresh, minimal intervention wines (wild yeast fermented, no acidification, etc) that are clean and well-balanced. They use sustainable practices, with no pesticides or fungicides, and a small use of herbicides at the flowering stage. Unfiltered and unfined. |
