Continuing to the palate note of prune, fig, ripe cherry, chocolate, dried herbs, toast, and wet stone. This is a dry wine with medium acidty, medium chalky tannins. It holds a medium flavor intensity which is balanced between the rustic chalky tannins, the thick, crunchy-jam body, and the medium finish with vanilla, wet leaves, and red berries. |
