| Description: | A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from three different vineyards, 20% Cabernet Franc from Persia Vineyard in the Chalk Hill Ava and 20% Merlot from Carmel, the wine is specifically made in a "old-school" style. Aged in 50% concrete and 50% Neutral French oak for 10 months it has lower alcohol and crunchy fruit. Well-constructed with a sense of youthful exuberance, it is fun now but should develop extra layers over the years. A masterful expression of blending vineyards and grapes. |
