The wine undergoes 10% carbonic maceration and is aged in clay vessels. The red fruit aromas are really pure, with juicy, crunchy plums, raspberries, and strawberries, followed by a soft, fresh palate that makes this wine almost too easy to drink. Calls out for pizza. |
