The palate is dominated by ripe fruit flavors with the well-balanced structure leading to an elegant finish of ripe cherries and plums. 75% Sangiovese (minimum required by Docg) and 25% other red varieties including Canaiolo Nero, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as permitted by Chianti Superiore regulations. |
