| Description: | Gosset is small for a grand marque, producing about 50,000 cases per year. They are located in Ay, the heart of Champagne and have been making wine there since 1584, the oldest currently operating wine producer in Champagne. None of their Champagnes ever go through malolactic fermentation, resulting in a heightened acidity. Riddling and disgorgement are performed by hand. They are powerful, full-bodied with unrivaled richness and staying power. The Excellence offers aromas of pear, honeysuckle and orange blossom.
