With lots of dark berry fruit, the palate has a richness and density that is supported by mouth coating soft tannins and a milk chocolate oak finish. Region Description. Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir dominate the wine production in California, but many other varietials thrive in the California climate.
