It's aged up to five years in bourbon and cognac barrels. Deep golden color. Lavish aromas of baking spices, pepper, praline, and dried tropical fruit have accents of olive and leather and follow through on a rich, supple entry to a dryish full body with herb, cheese, and sandalwood notes. Finishes with a very long, peppery spice, cocoa, and mineral fade. A stellar sipping tequila with deep, elegant spicy wood character. Its name means paradise. Created by Don Felipe Camarena and Alain Royer of A. de Fussigny Cognac, this blend of 100% blue agave tequilas takes on a remarkable elegance from its distinct, Cognac-barrel aging process.
