| Description: | 86-88 The 2020 Bourgogne Blanc had been racked just a couple of months prior to my visit. It feels a little withdrawn on the nose, lacking the "spark" of the red for the moment. The palate is taut and fresh, displaying fine definition, notes of grapefruit, lime and pear, and a slightly waxy finish. Fine - just give it time for the aromatics to open. |
