| Description: | Alder Springs Vineyard. The grapes are sourced from a terraced block of Alder Springs Vineyard at an elevation of 2,500 feet. Whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeast, and a small co-ferment of Viognier provide a fruity juxtaposition to the peppery styling of the grape. Blueberry, creme de cassis, white pepper, sage and lavender are held together on a medium-bodied palate of velvety black cherry and cleansing acidity. |
