| Description: | Vincent Charlot's Champagnes are full of precision, finesse and richness all at once. This comes from several parcels of vines from La Genette and Les Chapottes. The soils are grapes are all worked by hand, the soils are clay and limestone-based and primary fermenation is with naturally occuring yeasts. The base wine was aged in barriques for 8 months. Malo is avoided giving this excellent Champagne remarkable balance. |
