| Description: | Chteau de Fosse-Sche Arcane Saumur Blanc is a charming dry wine, with aromas of flowers and honey. It has a good storage ageing potential, up to 15 years if kept in optimal conditions. Chteau de Fosse-Sche was owned by the church for centuries. The monks settled there for the first time in the thirteenth century, and began to cultivate the nearby vines. The winery currently cultivates 8 hectares of Cabernet Franc vines organically, 1 of Cabernet Sauvignon, 5.5 of Chenin and 0.5 of Chardonnay. Today their wines can be found in many restaurants with Michelin stars. |
