| Description: | Sustainably Farmed. Wine Advocate 90 Points - "There are subtle notes of jasmine and orange blossom in the nose of the 2020 Estate Torronts, which was harvested at the end of February before the heat wave at 13.5% alcohol, keeping a low pH and good acidity with grapes from vineyards at 1,700 and 2,300 meters in altitude. It fermented in stainless steel and was kept there for one month before being bottled. The finish is very dry.". The characteristic white wine grape of Argentina has recently been linked with an aromatic Malvasia variety. Notes of peach, apricot, honeysuckle and wonderful floral tones (like jasmine and orange blossom); simply beautiful. The palate echoes the florals and again, stone fruits come to the fore, all enwrappedin a light background minerality and finishing dry.
