| Description: | The Novel Reserve Praetoria was produced using Syrah grapes and has been blended with just the right amount of Petite Verdot resulting in an extremely well balanced wine with myriads of flavors and complexity. The winemaker also chose to add a limited amount of Sauvignon Blanc to assist with opening the bouquet and to expose an additional layer of flavor. You can enjoy this wine upon release or cellar through 2025 as this wine will continue to evolve with time.
