Description: | Wine maker notes The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Petite Syrah is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for three months. Medium red in color, this wine shows fruity aromas, and has a mid-bodied palate with berry and herb flavors of the Judean Hills terroir. Producer Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery, located in the Samson appellation, in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers Dr. Mony Artool. Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of a high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery.
