This is a perfect example of how the Roussillon has put in the time and effort to bring their wines to a world class level. Red and black fruits, Logan berries, plum, and notes of dusty earth. The palate has precision; it is rich and full of fruit, but maintains an herbal edge of acidity and tannin throughout. |
