| Description: | Domaine Ligier has equal plantings of traditional Jura grapes, matching the soil type to each grape. The naturally thin-skinned grape is rarely found outside of the region of Jura, where the grape is loved unconditionally. Always a great alternative to Pinot Noir the Poulsard shows red cherries, forest floor, cranberries, dried roses and rooibos tea along with spongy acidity. There is a low ABV zest without aggressive tension. |
