Following to the palate with the additions of raspberry, red currants, earth, tomato leaf, light bell pepper, blackberry compote. This wine is medium acidity, with medium green tannins. Balance is found between the medium plus intensity of flavors, the structured chalky tannins, and layers of flavors that evolve through the taste. Medium body with a medium plus finish. Fun example of Virginia wine. |
