The wine offers a beautiful nose made of rhubarb, passion fruit, whipped cream, smoke, and minty elements. It is beautifully creamy and bright on the palate and leaves a subtly creamy feel in the long finish. This is a gorgeous expression of Auslese in the making!. ***. Hi-time Tasting Notes: What a beautiful Auslese! Notice the intense flavors of apricot, papaya and mango dancing about. All the tropical fruit one could ask for in your glass.
