In July 7, 2007 (07-07-07), the company reached 70 years of its foundation and a tribute was paid to the three generations that, during this period, have shaped and strengthened not only a distillery, but a family that currently remains an icon of artisanal quality. Nose: SSweet cooked agave, crme Brule, vanilla and caramel that give way to subtle aromas of cinnamon, red pepper and spices. Palate: Sweet and spicy. Cooked Agave, Cocoa and vanilla combined with pepper, walnut and some berries. Vegetables and Woody notes. A soft, silky and very long finish with spices persisting in the back of the palate. |
