| Description: | There is a whiff of prune to the aromas of baked plum, warm earth and leather. The exceptionally rich large-scaled flavors possess fine volume and more refinement than usual while concluding in a very compact, youthfully austere and mildly warm finish. The note of prune on the nose doesn't appeal to me but the palate impression is lovely. Classical ruby red. Subtle with delicate spicy and fruity (vanilla, cherry) and slightly mentholated notes. The palate is delicious and smooth. Tasty fruity texture evolving into spicy and menthol notes. Fine, fresh and subtle tannins. |
