A Provençal-style rosé from the Languedoc, dry, mineral, lean, and fresh, with redcurrants, cranberries, and strawberries, and a herbal, garrigue texture. Full Mlf and six months lees ageing give the wine a creamy texture and body on top of the wine's refreshing acidity. |
