Crisp clean and a touch nervy with loads of lemon oil, thyme and lemon grass aromas that are rarely found in Chardonnay outside of Burgundy. Creamy and dry with more fruits of apricot and nectarine developing in the glass for a saline finish, showing all sides of the grape. |
